Workplace Experience Coordinator Miami, FL (onsite) 6+Month Contract Potential to convert to perm Client is seeking a Workplace Experience Coordinator to provide coordination and administrative support for the delivery of Workplace Services. Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory supply and utilize work order systems.
- ssist with badging needs and concierge reception/switchboard services.
- Provide administrative support, including expense management and meeting coordination.
- Maintain databases and digital tools associated with service delivery.
- Coordinate office moves and respond to customer requests and complaints.
- Maintain vendor relationships, ensuring proof of insurance and contractual documentation is current.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of professional administrative or hospitality experience.
- High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Polished, professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
