Front Desk Manager and club opener

The Front Desk and morning Manager on Duty is the first and last point of contact when members enter and leave the facility. They are responsible for greeting all members, checking-in members, answering questions, cleaning, and assisting managers with selling memberships.

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for opening the club and ensuring the club is ready to open.
• Greet, check-in, respond to requests and settle accounts while providing exceptional service.
• Drive engagement through emotional intelligence and genuine connections with our members and guests.
• Lead front office operations and address feedback.
• Keep the front desk area organized and neat.
• Assist with maintenance of facility by conducting walk through with detailed notes on areas to address.
• Maintain a high level of customer service when greeting members and answer questions knowledgeably.
