Front Desk Receptionist A local Chiropractic office is searching for a dependable and independent individual who will be responsible for scheduling, answering phones, guiding patients through the intake process, and being the friendly face of the company to the public. Candidate must have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Responsibilities - Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Greeting patients and guiding them through a simple intake process
- Providing excellent customer service to build relationships
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Following up on tasks and deadlines promptly
- Organizing and managing multiple priorities effectively
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor
Qualifications and Skills - Preferably 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Experience with payment processing and invoicing is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Flexibility in case of call offs
- Positive attitude and strong motivation
- Experience processing medical insurance a plus
Benefits/Compensation - Part Time
- Pay rate is $15 per hour
- Monday - Friday
- Mon-Thurs: 3:00pm-6:30pm / Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
