- Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (with a 1-hour lunch)
- Pay: Weekly, every Thursday
What You'll DoAs the Receptionist and face of our front desk, you will:
- Manage our phone system-no voicemails here; your personal touch is essential!
- Welcome visitors with a warm smile at our Home (Corporate) office.
- Uphold and embody our core values, ensuring every caller and visitor feels respected and valued.
- Efficiently screen and direct calls to the right department or resource center.
- Oversee the scheduling of our conference rooms and maintain a tidy, organized front desk area.
- Handle mail distribution and courier pickups.
- Assist with records maintenance and take on additional tasks as needed.

- At least one year of experience with switchboard or receptionist duties in a high-call-volume setting.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish? That's a big plus!
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Mac OS, or similar platforms is preferred.
