**Overview**
Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics of Midland Park is hiring a full time Dental Receptionist for our office located in Midland, NJ 07432. Our ideal candidate for this position will have at-least 1 yearof experience working as a receptionist in a dental or medical office. We are looking for a team player with a positive, professional demeanor; a quick learner who is organized, computer savvy, with the ability to multi-tasking with a smile. **Responsibilities**
The Receptionist is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office. They will greet patients, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls. They will assist patients in accordance with the training they have received ensuring patients receive the best possible service.
* Customer Service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal
* Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies

**Qualifications**
* 1 year of Experience working in a dental, medical, or other health-care office, preferred
* Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO), is a plus
* Experience answering telephone
* Must have exceptional customer service skills
