You will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, answering phones, and performing a variety of administrative tasks. This position requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Greet patients and visitors in a warm, welcoming manner.Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate team member.Schedule and confirm patient appointments using clinic scheduling software.Assist patients with intake forms and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.Verify patient insurance information and process copayments.Manage patient files and maintain accurate records.Assist with billing inquiries and process payments.Keep the front office, treatment rooms and reception area organized and presentable.Coordinate with physical therapists and other staff to ensure smooth patient flow.Assist with general administrative duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using computers and scheduling software.Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service.Benefits:Competitive hourly wage.Paid time off.Opportunities for career advancement.Friendly and supportive work environment.
