Job Title: Medical Receptionist Location (city, state): Marlton, NJ Industry: Healthcare/Orthopedics Pay: $18-$21/hour (based on experience) About Our Client: A large national orthopedic group, one of the fastest-growing practices in the country with over 800 locations, is seeking a Medical Receptionist to join their clinic in Marlton, NJ. Job Description: The Medical Receptionist will handle front desk duties including checking patients in and out, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and verifying insurance and benefits information. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check patients in and out
- Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
- Schedule patient appointments
- Verify insurance and benefits information
- Assist with referrals and general patient care tasks
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, bubbly personality with a focus on patient care
- Experience in patient check-in, insurance verification, and handling referrals
- NextGen software experience is a plus, but not required

- Fully On-Site position
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
