Job Summary:

The Receptionist will manage all incoming communications and provide exceptional customer service to our guests and clients. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies and cleanliness in communal areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones promptly, providing a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival.
  • Monitor and respond to voicemails from the main line.
  • Open and distribute faxes to the appropriate parties.
  • Stamp and send outgoing mail.
  • Open and sort incoming mail, ensuring distribution to the correct individuals.
  • Track and order office supplies, food, and utensils.
  • Maintain cleanliness and inventory of kitchens and copy rooms.
  • Set up conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Prepare coffee and refreshments as needed.
  • Receive deliveries and notify relevant recipients.
  • Manage rent checks and invoices through Nexus.
  • Handle UPS packages and supplies.
  • Assist with preparations for weekly meetings.
  • Purchase and display fresh fruit in the kitchen.
  • Manage clothing ordering and distribution.
  • Support various departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
