Lehigh Country Club is a Member-Owned Private Country Club established in 1910, located in Allentown, PA. With a 600+ family-oriented member base, Lehigh has full-service amenities in pool, tennis/pickle ball, paddle, golf and dining. Lehigh is seeking a Part Time Front Desk Receptionist. Duties include answering multi-line phone system, menu design, website content upload, reservation system upkeep and more. *NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE* Skills: The right candidate must present themselves professionally and have a friendly outgoing personality with a strong work ethic. Must have excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. Duties:
- Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate person.
- Greets and directs members/visitors.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company fax numbers, company website and other related information.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing and collating.
