Job Description:

The Front Desk Manager will be the first point of contact for clients, managing phone calls, greeting clients, and overseeing the CRM, while also driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM software and office tools, especially Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Ability to perform high-quality work both in-shop and at off-site locations.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments and close new clients.
• Maintain and update the CRM system.
• Provide detailed information about services and products to clients.
• Handle sales transactions and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth client experiences.
• Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism, especially when representing the company off-premises.
• Deep understanding of all products and their benefits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in automotive service or retail industry.
• Minimum education level of a high school diploma.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in the luxury car industry
