Front Desk Receptionist Functions: Answer incoming calls and direct to the proper person/departmentEnthusiastically greet and welcome Members and guestsHave strong communication skills both written and oralFamiliar with Microsoft OfficeMake dining and event reservations for Members using the club's software programMaintain a good knowledge of current and upcoming eventsService Coat Room during winter monthsReliability and flexibility with schedule are a must Essential Requirements: Must be at least 18 years oldHigh School Diploma or EquivalentExceptional customer service and communication skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
