We are looking for a part-time Receptionist from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to manage our front office and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact in the office representing Rockford Construction. As an ambassador of the organization, you will welcome guests, redirect phone calls, distribute correspondence, order and manage office supply inventory and various administrative projects. - An engaging, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with internal and external clients.
- 2-4 years of receptionist or administrative experience.
- A proven history of being punctual.
- The ability to interact with multiple cultures and personalities.
- The ability to multitask and manage stress in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- The ability to solve problems independently while providing an atmosphere of confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willing to take on other duties as assigned to the role.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- An Associate degree or related field experience.
- Experience with a multi-line phone system.
- Experience with mail systems such as UPS, FedEx, US Postal.
- Familiarity with the construction industry.
- Quick to learn new software.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times outside the job trailer.
