Job Description
Part-Time front desk customer service representative to deliver exceptional service to members, guests and program participants and ensure safety for all members.
Available Hours
- Various weekday shifts available
- Minimum of 2 weekday shifts required, plus Saturdays
- Approximately 15-25 total hours per week
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, phone and problem solving skills
- Previous customer service, sale or related experience required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Fun, friendly and flexible individual
- Willing to work as a team player
Responsibilities
- Responds to member and guest needs contributing to member retention
- Promotes memberships and programs
- Build relationships with members; helps members connect with one another and the YMCA
- Circulate throughout building ensuring safety of members and building member relations.
Rate of Pay
$11.10/hour (Commensurate with experience)
*** Part-time staff receive complimentary memberships and discounted rates for child care and most programs.
