This role is perfect for an individual looking to continue to grow their customer/guest services skills, including those who have worked in healthcare as well as those who have experience as guest service specialists within the beauty, aesthetic, and cosmetic industries.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming patients and ensuring an effective and efficient check-in process.
  • Create a memorable and welcoming experience for all guests entering the practice, making them feel valued and cared for.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, make appointment reservations accurately, and maintain thorough records.
  • Facilitate efficient patient flow within the clinic, ensuring a smooth and organized experience for all guests.
  • Obtain and enter demographic and insurance information into the system, collecting copays and necessary information to ensure a smooth appointment process.
  • Notify patients of collection policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and educate patients about Midwest Facial Plastics and Face products, services, treatments, and policies to provide informed guidance to guests.
  • Provide exceptional patient experiences, ensuring all interactions are conducted in an engaging and professional manner.
  • Ensure patient satisfaction with their visit and surgery scheduling process, leaving a positive impression of Midwest Facial Plastics.
  • Support Midwest Facial Plastic culture standards, embodying our values and maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain an exceptional facility appearance, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Serves as the Midwest Facial Plastics & ENT contact for numerous Dermatology offices, hospitals, surgery centers, and physicians regarding their schedules, procedures, and concerns.
  • Other duties as assigned.
RequirementsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with patients and a genuine passion for providing an outstanding patient experience.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using technology and computer systems for scheduling and record-keeping purposes.
  • Knowledge of office procedures and methods, including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to go above and beyond
  • Willingness and ability to work and travel between all three clinic locations
  • High-School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1+ years of customer service, sales, or reception experience
  • 1+ years of Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic or Aesthetic office experience
  • 1+ years experience working in an EMR system
  • Experience within the facial plastics or cosmetic industry
