We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our company. The successful candidate will manage all front desk activities, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and handling administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Pay Range:$900- $1200 weeklyOn site job Location: Orlando, FL Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Phone Calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Handle Administrative Duties: Manage and organize front desk operations, including sorting mail, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Manage Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms as necessary.
  • Maintain Security Protocols: Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with company security policies.
  • Assist with Client Relations: Provide general support to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Manage Office Appearance: Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
  • Coordinate with Other Departments: Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient front desk operations.
  • Handle Special Projects: Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers)
  • Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
