Job Summary:We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our team. The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This role involves managing administrative tasks, answering inquiries, and assisting with a variety of office duties in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate person or department, and take messages when necessary.
- Maintain front desk and lobby area by keeping it neat and organized at all times.
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures for guests or visitors.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
- Maintain office supplies and reorder as needed.
- Handle cash, process payments, and manage petty cash as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer needs and support office operations.
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
