Must provide friendly demeanor to consumers and maintain professionalism. responsible for answering phones, send/check faxes, transfer calls, check in consumers for appointments, set up consumers for telehealth in the office, schedule appointments and outreach consumers. Responsible for collecting copays/co insurance including calling those with telehealth appointments to collect, collecting documents such as ID and insurance cards from consumers to ensure in chart. Assist in sending out Docusign consents to consumers. Maintain cash sheets and track payments collected. Prepares routine materials, proof reads, verifies and edits all materials for accuracy and clarity. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served. He or She must be able to asses and interpret data about the consumer's status in order to identify each consumer's needs and provide appropriate services needed by the consumer group.

Qualifications

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent, with 2-4 years of clerical/secretarial experience with progressive responsibility required.

Must be able to type at least 40 wpm. Computer knowledge required with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred. Mathematical aptitude. Writing and communication skills. Ability to operate a copier and fax machine. Ability to maintain a customer friendly environment. Employee must possess a valid driver's license and if duties require driving, be able to drive an agency owned vehicle.

Must be able to stand to file and bend and lift to change paper for printer and copier. Sits for extended period of time to input information. Walks to and from offices. Cognitive, verbal and manual skills necessary. Hearing and visual acuity necessary; corrective devices are acceptable. Must be able to work under required deadlines and schedules, while being flexible to special requests and projects. Must be able to professionally handle stressful situations.
