Position Overview:SecurTec is seeking professional and customer service-oriented
Front Desk Security Officers for a prestigious condominium association in Boca Raton, FL. The role will involve manning the security/concierge desk on thefirst floor of each building and performing property roving patrols as needed. We are hiring 10 officers for this post.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for residents, guests, and contractors.
- Provide outstanding customer service while maintaining the security of the premises.
- Manage access control and visitor management systems.
- Monitor security cameras and perform regular patrols of the property.
- Respond to resident inquiries and assist with any concerns in a professional manner.
- Communicate effectively with residents and property management.
- Enforce property rules and regulations while maintaining a courteous demeanor.
Schedule:This is a full-time position with shifts available 24/7. Flexibility in scheduling is required, as shifts may vary.Requirements
Qualifications:- Must possess a valid Florida D License.
- Strong customer service skills are essential as this role involves frequent interaction with residents.
- Professional appearance and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Previous experience in a concierge, security, or hospitality role is preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
