Our Part Time Fitness Sales professional earns commission on NEW member sales. They thrive in generating their personal sales goals and helping members with service desk shifts. Both roles are performed in a manner that fosters member retention. The work is not always easy but it is worthwhile.

The ideal candidate is looking for a varied work schedule that includes some evenings, weekends, and a few weekday shifts on a part-time basis that can grow into a career.

You are a believer in fitness for life. Others view you as honest and authentic with a natural ability to be a good listener who is likable and relates well with others. You have a keen sense of personal pride in exceeding goals. You have some previous experience in retail sales, ideally within the fitness, health, and wellness industry. A Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Communication, Marketing, or the equivalent is preferred but not required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and attention to detail in verbal and written communications are essential.

Responsibilities:

Handing out guest passes.

Talking up Center activities and asking for referrals for lead generation.

Booking and confirming appointments by phone or internet.

Conducting center tours.

Presenting rates and asking for the sale.

Uncovering concerns and scheduling timely follow-up with those who have not yet become a new member.
