Front Desk Specialist

Hours: Monday-Thursday 11:30am to 8:00pm, Saturday 6:00am to 2:30pm

What you'll do:

Responsibilities/Duties:

* Ensure proper check-in and check-out.

* Collect co-pays and balances.

* Complete weekly bank deposits.

* Schedule follow up appointments.

* Complete Work Orders tab including WC Status Reports.

* Provide outstanding customer service and assistance to patients

* Answer queue calls.

* Work faxes, scanning and other clerical duties.

* Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Who you are:

Qualifications:

* High school Diploma or equivalent.

* Previous knowledge of check-in and check-out process.

* Knowledge of Insurance policies and procedures.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to multi-task, manage time, has strong customer service skills, and is reliable.
