Job Type Part-timeDescriptionWe are the largest multi-specialty urology focused practice in the country. Our doctors and staff are committed to providing the highest level of quality medical services available. Part-time** 8am-noon but also may be needed to work some afternoon hours.**Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred**1. Answer the phone in a polite and friendly manner.2. Check-in/out3. Schedule and confirm appointments.4. Registers new patient.5. Updates existing patient6. Collecting patient co-pays and balances7. Verify Insurance Eligibility8. Obtains Authorizations9. Scanning incoming faxes10. Communicate with doctors' offices and other facilities regarding patient care.11. Protects patient confidentiality, making sure protected health information (PHI) is secured by not leaving PHI in plain sight and logging off the computer before leaving it unattended.12.
