- Ensure proper check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Maintain accurate financial records and complete reports

- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel front desk
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities - Knowledge of hotel reservation systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
- FOSSE knowledge a plus but NOT required
