We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead and manage our Front of House restaurant area. You must be unstoppably focused on putting guests first, maintaining Chick-fil-A's high food safety standards, contributing to our culture, and executing all you do with operational excellence. As an Assistant Director at Chick-fil-A, you must be able to grow and develop a team, lead by example with high energy, and create an environment of accountability. We require 2-3 years of prior leadership experience and the ability to work a variety of shifts each week. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Front of House Assistant Director will report directly to the Front of House Director.
