ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Rovers will assist in the set-up/closing of restaurant operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant.
- During shift, Rovers may wash, store and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other small wares and equipment for the restaurant.
- Clean and stock side stations during shifts to support service
- Maintain and complete opening and closing duties, as assigned by management.
- Polish and roll silverware, napkin folds, as needed.
- Ensuring all floors are clean of debris and sweep and mop floors in assigned areas.
- Clean and sanitize equipment in assigned areas.
- Monitoring, cleaning, and emptying trash cans
- Adhere to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- This position may also require some food preparation.
- Complete all housekeeping tasks as directed by Management.
- Performs other job-related duties, as assigned.
