Baldi Management Group is currently looking for an experienced Front of House Restaurant Team Member tosupport the operations at our Smashburger franchise location in Ronald Reagan National Airport. The Front of House Team Member will be the first contact with the operation and require exceptional customer service skills.
Here are the job qualifications we are looking for:
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn tasks quickly and execute in a fast-paced setting
- Hard working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and possess good people skills
- Detail orientated and ability to multi-task
- One year or more of prior experience in the food service industry
- Basic Math competency
- Open availability (Holidays/nights, early morning, and weekends, as needed)
- Able to pass a 10-year Federal Criminal History Background Check
Your job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Greeting guests in a positive and professional manner
- Taking food orders from guests and ensuring accuracy of orders
- Completing sales transactions on cash registers, providing correct change to guests
- Going above and beyond to ensure exceptional guest experience
- Performs duties in multiple work areas, such as, the front counter, prep area, expediter, and other areas of the restaurant
- Delivering completed food orders to guests timely
- Ensure working environment is always clean
