A shift leader is the face of the restaurant during their shift and is responsible for ensuring each guest that visits walks away having a remarkable experience. This Front of House Lead role is a full-time position (daytime and evening availability is expected). Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager very helpful to the success at this job.At our Chick-fil-A location, developed and approved Leaders are responsible for helping team members develop skills and providing resources so they can be successful at their job. - Minimum 18+ years old
- Hard-working with attention to brand procedures and policies.

- Job history of building trust within a leadership team and business owners.
- Great guest service skills with proven history of guest recovery.
