We are looking for FOH PARTNER to be assigned at Buffalo's Wings N' Things located at SM City Sta. Rosa Laguna.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help the team execute day-to-day operations in line with the Restaurants Quality Service and Standards
• Ensure customers' satisfaction by providing an excellent and professional service to customers
• Ensure co-workers' and customers' health and safety in the workplace
• Execute BWNT Service & Hospitality Touchpoints in a consistent manner
• Mastery and Execution of BWNT Service and Hospitality Standards
• Deliver GIFTS to BWNT customers in an excellent manner:

o Great Food

o Ice Cold Beverages

o Fast Serving Time

o Tangible Value of Experience

o Service that Connects
