Job Title: Front Office Administrator

The Front Office Administrator plays a pivotal role as the face of the organization, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff. This position combines administrative duties, customer service, and organizational support to maintain the smooth operation of the front office.
Key Responsibilities
Reception and Customer Service:
* Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
* Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and accurately.
* Manage visitor check-ins, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing passes.
Administrative Support:
* Handle scheduling for meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
* Supports HR team's recruiting efforts as needed.
* Organize and maintain front office records, files, and documentation.
* Assist with data entry, correspondence, and other clerical tasks.
* Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Office Management:
* Oversee inventory and restocking of office supplies.
* Coordinate with facility management for office maintenance requests.
Team Collaboration:
* Support internal departments with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for front office-related needs.
Minimum Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Excel, Word
* At least four years' experience providing high-level executive support
