Front Desk Assistant | Franklin, TN (Onsite)

Contract Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension (10/28/2024 - 1/31/2025)

Pay Rate: $22.50-$24/hour (depending on experience)

Location: Franklin, TN (Onsite)

Swoon is actively seeking a Front Desk Assistant to join the team of our client -

A multinational data analytics and consumer credit reporting company!

You'll be an integral part of the team - responsible for managing front desk duties and providing exceptional customer service!

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Greeting and checking in guests
  • Answering the main phone number, transferring calls and checking voicemail through Microsoft Teams
  • Taking requests for the Sales team that come through the main number
  • Maintaining conference room calendars and communicating with day matron regarding upcoming meetings so rooms can be stocked
  • Sorting and sending out mail
  • Distributing and keeping an accurate record of visitor badges
  • Assisting with deliveries and trade vendors
  • Ordering flowers, office supplies and food as requested
  • Arranging FedEx pick-ups
  • Walking the space several times a day to ensure all entry doors are closed and secure
