We seek a hotel manager to lead the team at our 82-room hotel! Responsibilities of the Front Office Manager include: Manage, train, administer, and supervise all guest services , in order to maintain company and brand standards, and to maintain the highest level of courteous, professional and efficient service to all guests.
Requirements:
* Overall leadership of hotel rooms, and guest service
* Hotel operations experience
* Hire, train, and develop staff. Create a positive work environment for all associates.
* Create a positive guest experience to drive GSS scores and exceed overall guest satisfaction.
* Develop/manage Training guides and best practices.
* Ensure all Brand and Company standards and initiatives are achieved.
* Direct all Quality Assurance initiatives.
* Able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and Holidays.
