- Oversee daily front office operations and manage administrative staff.

- Manage schedules, appointments, and office supplies, ensuring resources are available as needed.
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to important documents.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees and provide training on office procedures.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in another administrative role within the architecture or planning sector.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to address challenges as they arise.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred, with experience in architecture/planning as a plus.
