Threat Tec, a leading provider of operational support and intelligence solutions, is seeking a dedicated Front Office Support Specialist to join our team under the MARSOC SME FTE Support Program. This role is critical to supporting the command deck, including the Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Staff Secretary, and Protocol Officer at Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC). The specialist will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties essential to the smooth operation of the front office.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

* Support the Command Deck: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commander, Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Staff Secretary, and Protocol Officer.

* Prepare Official Correspondence: Draft and process official documents, including Marine Corps fitness reports, civilian performance appraisals, and other formal communications.

* Manage Protocol and DV Programs: Assist in coordinating and managing the protocol and Distinguished Visitor (DV) programs, ensuring effective communication and relationship management with internal and external entities, including SOCOM, Headquarters Marine Corps, and foreign militaries.

* Plan and Coordinate Events: Help develop and organize social functions and events to honor and entertain visitors and distinguished guests, ensuring all arrangements meet the Command's standards.

* Support Office Operations: Maintain detailed files and documentation for all front office purchases, assist in implementing the Manager's Internal Control Program, and conduct internal inspections.

* Calendar and Meeting Management: Maintain daily calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate video teleconferences for front office personnel.

* Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements, including hotel and rental car reservations, for front office staff.

* Correspondence Management: Review, track, and disseminate incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure timely and accurate communication.

Qualifications

* Experience: Prior experience in administrative or front office support roles, preferably within a military or government setting.

* Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge: Familiarity with Marine Corps operations, protocol procedures, and the Marine Corps Action Tracking System (MCATS) and Task Management Tool (TMT) is preferred.

* Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

* Clearance: Secret

Additional Requirements

* Exposure and familiarity with the MCATS and TMT systems.

* Strong written communications skills to include a thorough knowledge of the procedures outlined in the Marine. Corps Style Guide.

* Strong oral communications skills applicable to both one-on-one settings, group setting, and during formal Command presentations/tours.

* Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft systems to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to comfortably deal with high-ranking military personnel and Department of Defense civilians.

* Working knowledge of the Marine Corps APES, civilian human resource performance system, the Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS), and Improved Awards Processing System (IAPS).

* In-depth knowledge of Share Point.

* A high degree of knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for organizational effectiveness.

* Working knowledge of the GS Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) and the MCSS PeopleSoft timekeeping applications.

* Minimum education requirement of a high school diploma.

* Contractor shall have 4 years of military experience.

Preferred Experience

* Previous experience supporting senior military or government officials.

* Understanding of MARSOC's organizational structure and its interrelationships with other Department of Defense entities.
