Additional Job Description: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - WV Board Certified Physical Therapy License EXPERIENCE: -preferred not required: Acute Care Inpatient experience CORE DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES: -Willingness to work in inpatient and/or outpatient setting -Consulting with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms. Diagnosing movement dysfunction and developing a treatment plan. Patient education on therapeutic exercise techniques and other treatment options within the scope of practice to improve function. Participation in discharge planning and care team meetings. Rotating weekend on call schedule.
