FT/PT Food Handler (Food and Beverage Stocking and Receiving)
: Job Details :

Food Safety & Sanitation: Maintain the highest sanitation standards by cleaning freezers, coolers, walk-ins, storerooms, and back dock areas. Uphold food safety practices, ensuring all areas meet our strict sanitation guidelines. Receiving & Inventory Management: Assist with the unloading and verification of deliveries, including raw and finished products (e.g., meats, dairy, alcohol, dry goods). Ensure accurate temperature checks and document all deliveries. Work closely with the Inventory Control Clerk and leaders to rotate products using FIFO (First In, First Out) techniques. Product Handling: Manage a wide variety of products, including food, beer, wine, liquor, liqueurs, and chemicals. Ensure safe handling and storage in compliance with safety standards. Physical Inventory & Tracking: Help take physical inventories of food and supplies on a monthly basis, and assist with inventory tracking through our software system.
