About The Role Are you ready to dive into complex business environments and contribute to high-impact recommendations that drive client success? As a Consultant Intern at FTI Delta, you will be immersed in a dynamic and collaborative working environment where our experienced consultants will mentor you in the journey to identify challenges, perform in-depth analysis and generate insights that shape strategic decisions. This role requires extremely solid problem-solving skills, end-to-end financial modelling skills, being capable of leading content discussion and the ability to work effectively in a team setting. You will be expected to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with recognized experts in small teams that encourage and reward collaboration. This dynamic role is ideal for innovative, collaborative, and motivated students, eager to take ownership of modules of the project and responsibility for full chapters of documents on their own. FTI Delta is looking to invest in your future by considering you for a full-time Consultant Intern opportunity in the Summer 2025 Internship Program, starting in June 2025. Below are the geographic locations where Consultant Intern positions are available: •FTI Delta - TMT oLocation(s): New York What You Will Do As a Consultant Intern in FTI Delta, you will be an integral part of a team. You will engage in activities that support our clients' projects and contribute to our firm's business development and intellectual capital development efforts. Your responsibilities will include identification and structuring of complex issues, autonomously conducting accurate and thorough research for client projects and proposals, generating insightful analyses showcasing advance MS Excel modelling skills and ensuring consistency across all outputs, and being able to synthesize and present the findings within the larger context in a clear and structured format. In addition, you will manage project modules with guidance from senior team members, demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workloads efficiently, communicate project statuses, be able to deliver high quality outputs within deadlines and proactively implement feedback to address areas of improvement. This internship is designed to hone your analytical and problem-solving skills while fostering your ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently, positioning you as a key member of our team. What We Are Looking For We are looking for highly motivated candidates who meet the following criteria Basic Qualifications •Currently pursuing an MBA with an expected graduation in 2026 •Undergraduate degree major(s): Business Administration, Management, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field •2-3 years' previous experience in a highly demanding position with a proved successful career track record. Prior experience in a top-tier consultancy or professional services environment will be highly regarded •Basic knowledge and interest in the Telecommunications, Media, Technology, and/or Public Sector. Prior experience in Telecom, Media & Technology or Public sector within investment banking, consulting, or restructuring fields, will be highly regarded •Ability to work 40 hours per week for the entire duration of the internship •Ability to travel to clients and FTI Consulting office(s) Preferred Qualifications •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills •A logical and lateral thinker, who is intellectually curious, highly organized, and structured •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and add value in an international environment •A team player, who can work in a truly diverse setting, possessing cultural awareness •Extensive experience with Financial Modeling, Valuations, and/orDue Diligence •Ability to successfully deliver in under pressure environments •Proficiency in the use the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) in a professional environment •A keen interest in strategy consulting and the industries FTI Delta focuses on TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecom) and Public Sector Recruitment Process & Timeline •Apply to a relevant role via our FTI Delta careers page posting ( oTo apply for this position a Preference Form, available in the application link, must be completed.
