Fuel Accounting Specialist

Job Description• Research, prepare, and submit weekly import lifting files• Analyze and key intercompany corrections daily and accurately• Monitor and update department misloads spreadsheet• Daily communication with various departments and vendors• Prepare and submit other entries as assigned in accordance with due dates• Review account activity prior to month-end close to identify and resolve issues• Enter external sales per request from Operations• Review and follow up on payments due from vendors• Assist and back up other team Staff Accountant with any tasks requested• Other tasks as assigned by SupervisorQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting completedStrong MS Excel experienceStrong communication skillsProblem-solvingTeam collaborationTime managementWork SiteThis is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Irving, Texas and some days remote.About Aston Carter:Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
