Fuel System Testing Technician ApprenticeLocation: Greenville, SCDepartment: Tank Comp & TestingExperience Level: Entry LevelType: Full TimeAs a Fuel System testing Technician Apprentice, you will be expected to support the lead testing technician in testing, troubleshooting and completing minor repairs at petroleum retail facilities across the state of South Carolina and surrounding states.Core Position Responsibilities:Supporting/collaborating with lead testing technicians on-site during testing operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Prepare and gather necessary tools and equipment for testing procedures, as needed.Follow safety protocols to minimize risks associated with hazardous materials.Record test results and maintain accurate documentation.Complete tasks as directed by the lead technician.Minimum Requirements:High School Diploma or General Education (GED)Ability to bend, kneel and lift up to 70 lbs.; the ability to be on your feet all dayMUST have a positive attitude and be willing to take direction.Must know how to drive a truck while hauling a trailer.MUST have a good understanding of electrical and mechanical components and how they function.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.MUST be able to travel 75% of the time with out-of-town and overnight stays.#J-18808-Ljbffr
