Description:A professional, career-focused St. Romain Oil Fuels Transport Driver:•Is responsible for transport and delivery of fuel products safely and efficiently from refinery terminals to bulk plants and end-user customers.•Maintains required drivers' license and certifications under state and federal law and provides copies as needed to supervisor (i.e., CDL & HazMat endorsement).•Is responsible for the vehicle's compliance with federal, state, or local rules and regulations.•Interacts with customers and coworkers in a professional manner.•Provides basic maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle.•Completes vehicle inspection reports prior to commencing workday and after completing workday.•Completes customer invoice prior to leaving the delivery site.•Uses tank gauges, measures the tank before and after filling, logging the results on the customer's invoice.•Performs occasional minor repairs to pumps and hoses.•Handles any spill according to HazMat, DOT, Fire Marshal, or any other authorities' requirements.•Ensures compliance with all terminal regulations and restrictions.•Assists in other areas of the bulk plant business at the direction of the Wholesale Manager.•Strives to continually improve work performance through proper training.•Works a fluctuating schedule as directed by the Wholesale Manager.Education/Experience•High School Education and 1 year of professional driving experience; or•Equivalent combination of education and experience.•Prior experience in fuel distribution industry preferred.Requirements:Licensing/Registration/Certification•Class A CDL driver's license with X endorsement (HazMat and Tanker Endorsement); and•TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential).Additional Info:Based out of our Support Center in Mansura, LA - Home Every Night!Weekend RotationSalary + CommissionsBonus OpportunityAwesome Benefits Package: Paid Leave, Insurance, 401(k) & SO MUCH MORE!
