The Fulfillment Associate plays a crucial role in achieving customer satisfaction and meeting daily goals in a high-performance work environment. This position requires flexibility and the ability to work in various departments as needed. The Fulfillment Associate will work under the supervision and direction of leads and the Shift Supervisor to ensure efficient order packing, quality assurance, and adherence to safety standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pack and ship unique, individual, and customized orders.
- Follow all quality assurance and safety standards in the production area.
- Meet hourly and daily goals, and communicate challenges to the Supervisor/Manager.
- Effectively communicate within the organization.
- Manage lead time and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Propose ideas to improve efficiency in the distribution center.
- Replenish raw materials (boxes, bubble wrap, etc.) as needed.
- Perform quality assurance checks on all printed items.
- Utilize the ERP system to manage orders throughout the distribution center.
- Identify any missing, lost, or damaged materials and promptly notify the supervisor.
- Assist with kit and collection building.
- Support secondary packaging and rework tasks.
- Assist in training newly hired employees.
- Work nontraditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Other duties as requested by business need.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION:
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, distribution, packing, or assembly.
- Flexibility to work across all shifts as needed.
- Strong spatial awareness and manual dexterity.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
- Motivated by fast-paced and changing environments.
- High attention to detail, focus, and a can-do attitude.
- Experience with an ERP/WMAS system is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
- Consistent and regular attendance is expected.

The employee is occasionally required to access product on floor or low shelves; and may operate a hand truck, pallet jack to move materials. The employee must occasionally lift, move (in some cases drag items), slide, raise and/or place:
- Pallets from floor onto side, move up to 10 feet and return to original position at a weight up to 35 lbs.
- Cartons onto a cart to move materials within the fulfillment areas.
The employee must frequently lift, move (in some cases drag items), slide, raise and/or place:
- Boxes weighing up to 25 lbs. from 5 inches off the ground up to 36 inches high and return to original position.
