Most production associates will be working with shoes, accessories, and apparel. BHFO Inc. believes that each employee makes a significant contribution to our success. We are currently only accepting Full-time candidates at this time.Summary: A Production Associate - Fulfillment is responsible for the physical inventory of all product as well as shipping product per customer orders. The Fulfillment associate will use a technology and equipment to complete workload. Associates will utilize product lists, hand held scanners, and a robot to remove products from inventory. Associates will use hand held scanners and a robot to place items into inventory. Fulfillment associates will sort products by customer order and complete the process to package and ship items to the customer. Associates must adhere to shipping regulations and guidelines as well as expectations for inventory management. Associates must be able to work as a team or independently and make independent decisions in all aspects of their workload. Fulfillment associates must work safely and efficiently and should be flexible to handle changes in direction and product types. This position requires frequent bending, lifting, reaching, standing, climbing, and fine motor skills.
  • Set Daytime Schedule working 4 weekdays, plus a Sunday.

QualificationsEssential Duties: • Read product pick lists and use the information to select appropriate items from inventory. • Use a computerized robot (Perfect Pick) to add items to inventory and remove items from inventory. • Use a handheld scanner to scan items and follow the appropriate process to remove or add items to inventory. • Scan products using a handheld scanner. • Match products to shipping lists to ensure accuracy of customer orders. • Select proper mailing and packaging materials to ship items and conserve resources. • Review shipping information for products and customer to ensure accuracy. • Monitor all shipments against regulations and shipping standards to ensure compliance. • Package items for shipping in a manner that will conserve shipping expenses and maintain the quality of the products during shipping. • Follow all procedures and guidelines when packaging items for shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery. • Sort packages according to shipping classifications. • Maintain a clean and well stocked work area to promote efficiency and decrease risk of product damage. • Work efficiently and accurately to achieve daily production goals set by the supervisor. • Other duties as assigned Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Professional work attitude and values aligned with the BHFO Core Values of Passion, Commitment, Embrace Change, Team Spirit and Integrity. • Ability to focus and work to the best of one's ability. • Flexibility to work in any production area (unless a physical limitation has been brought to management's attention and documentation provided regarding the disability) • Ability to work quickly to achieve daily productivity goals. • Ability to use a computer for shipping and inventory processes. • Ability to operate light duty equipment - both powered and manual. • Ability to make independent decisions throughout the day. • Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours at a time or duration of shift, ability to twist, bend, and lift consistently. • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects various distances throughout the shift. • Ability to climb a ladder. • Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds. • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. • The ability to see details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). • The ability to speak clearly so others can understand. • Fine motor skills including reach, grasp, pinch, and touch.
