Description Position: Fulfillment Associate Department: Fulfillment Center Pay Rate: $16.00 hourly Job Type: Full-time Location: St. Augustine, Florida 32092 Remote: Unavailable Ideal Candidate: We are looking for an experienced and energetic fulfillment associate to join our warehouse team. In this high-energy position, you process and fulfill online customer orders. This role is responsible for locating merchandise and selecting and packaging orders for shipment. You will also be required to operate warehouse machinery, including electric order pickers (Joey pickers), pallet jacks, and forklifts. Successful associates will have a solid understanding of warehouse procedures, a good eye for detail, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Exceptional fulfillment associates take pride and care for the customer's order throughout the entire preparation process, from gathering the items to shipping the order. Associates will process orders quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. Excellent attendance and reliability are a must. Requirements Accurately fulfill customer orders, meeting company standard turn-around times.

• Use scanners to read product bar codes, view screen prompts, and follow directions.
• Locate and extract merchandise from shelves and storage areas.
• Confirm merchandise information matches that of the customer order
• Ensure product meets quality standards
• Package merchandise for delivery.
• Meet productivity requirements and deadlines
• Stage completed orders in a designated area.
• Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as Joey pickers and forklifts or pallet jacks, and work at heights up to 16 feet (Equipment training and certification are provided free of cost).
• Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Assist Inventory with inventory audits.
• Manually lift and move product to restock and repackage area as necessary.
• Adhere to good warehousing practices and safety standards.
• Cross-train and aid other departments during lulls in your day.
• Other duties as assigned

Salary Description $16.00 per hour
