We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Center Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our fulfillment operations, you will be responsible for accurately processing and packing customer orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to meeting daily performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanning devices.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled and packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Track and report inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure proper storage of items.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Assist with unloading and receiving incoming shipments and replenishing stock as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, or damaged goods.
- Follow company procedures for handling hazardous materials or special products, if applicable.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations is a plus.
- Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
- Basic computer skills or familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
