**About the Fulfillment Center GM role:**

The Fulfillment Center General Manager is a complex role necessitating a leader with deep operations knowledge, a commitment to continuous improvement, and demonstrated customer obsession. The General Manager will own all activity within the four walls of a Stord fulfillment center and must provide a strong vision and direction for the team, drive operational excellence, and implement scalable processes to meet business objectives.

**What Youll Do:**

* Oversee the launch of a fulfillment center from the ground up

* Own and deliver the facility-wide operational budget

* Manage recruiting and strategic labor planning

* Drive continuous improvement to meet and exceed business objectives

* Establish and deliver targets for safety, efficiency, and quality

* Develop and deliver comprehensive peak season strategies

* Collaborate closely with Stords Warehouse Excellence team to provide an unmatched customer experience

* Build culture and develop leaders by inspiring and empowering associates and embodying Stords core values

**What Youll Need:**

* Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field

* 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, distribution, or a related field

* Experience leading teams of 50+ people

* Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
