About The Role The Warehouse Lead (Fulfillment Lead) will provide leadership to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the warehouse as it relates to all order fulfillment activities. This role will provide support for the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring all operations are consistent with our commitment to customer service while fostering an environment that is both employee-centric and customer-centric, with a focus on daily order processing in order to maximize productivity, while also providing outstanding customer service. Please note this position works a 4 days/10 hour schedule, Sunday-Wednesday, 7am-5:30pm.
What You Get To Do Every Day - Works with Operations Managers in administering performance evaluations, for recommending promotions, wage increases, associate development.
- Ensure that all operations comply with warehouse policies by leading a team that focuses on proper product selection and picking procedures.
- Coordinate with the Operations Supervisors to ensure that a sound maintenance program is implemented.
- Ensure an efficient and safe work environment.
- Lead operations in a manner that promotes safety and is compliant with OSHA and other appropriate standards.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies and managing the group to ensure accuracy is maintained
- Review and monitor the achievement of operational goals and standards.
- Emphasis on safety is extremely important.
- Assists Supervisor in planning and organizing departmental goals by understanding priorities and taking a proactive approach to managing workflow and associate hours in department
- Coaches associates to maximize performance using established coaching methods
- Provides feedback to associates focusing on behaviors and results that drives learning and performance
- Partners with Supervisor to support associates by building a team environment through strong floor presence and maintains a positive, professional behavior at all times.
- Key contributor to the training & development of existing and newly hired associates
- Other duties as assigned
What You Bring To The Role - 1 to 2 years work experience in inventory control, product analysis, e-commerce production or related fields
- Strong analytical and business intelligence background is preferred
- Strong leadership ability and desire to work in a fast paced startup environment.
- Experience in ecommerce operations is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Inventory control and reconciliation
- Comfortable working with large data sets and analyzing reports
- Must have experience with using data platforms for reporting
- Strong knowledge of excel and google sheets is required
- Strong oral and written communication skills is required
- Roll up the sleeves, action oriented mindset to have an impact in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and explosive growth environment
- Takes direction and is able to flex priorities as needed
- Can-do attitude and ability proactively take on challenging tasks
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience and knowledge of luxury goods preferred

The expected hourly rate for this role is 22-24. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate's skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
