Insight Global is seeking a Fulfillment Manager for a 3PL Logistics Provider in Greenville, SC. This role involves both strategic oversight and hands-on management of our distribution facilitys customer-centric operations. The Fulfillment Manager will be the primary contact for an existing apparel client, overseeing a value-added services department of 30+ employees, including custom embroidery, cut & sew, and light kitting work. This position includes managing two direct reports: a supervisor and a team lead, while working on the warehouse floor around heavy machinery. Some other key responsibilities are below:Measure and benchmark performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regularly reconcile with the customer. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product quality standards are met or exceeded. Coordinate and manage work-in-process and finished goods inventories, including special customer requests. Maintain accurate inventory balances for stock goods, scrap materials, and damaged inventory. Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance customer experience, increase efficiency, eliminate waste, and identify cross-functional opportunities. Ensure consistent communication across departments and with the customer to maintain information flow in a dynamic operational environment. Prepare various reports, KPIs, and presentations for field and executive management, as well as the customers executive leadership. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems Bachelors degree in Operations Management and/or customer relations or similar Minimum of 2 years practical experience in Operations Management and/or Customer Relations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience performing root cause analysis to determine cause and solutions to various operational issues. Ability to design, develop, implement and improve integrated systems that included people, materials, information, equipment and cost.
