Job Description:
Position Title: Fulfillment Sales Program Manager Description: We are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor to manage all aspects of our B2B Fulfillment Sales Program. Our Fulfillment Sales Program fulfills orders that our customers (online based resellers) have promised to consumers. Wallace fulfills these orders by picking, packing, and shipping directly to the consumer and billing our customer (online reseller). The main responsibilities of the Fulfillment Program Manager will be to analyze the sales policies and programs, oversee all existing accounts, develop new business with existing customers and pursue new ones. This role will be a part of our I.T. team, but will also work closely with Operations, Marketing and Sales. This position will report to the V.P. of Operations. Position Details:

Recommended Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ Years of Inside Sales
  • 5+ Years of Customer Service
  • 5+ Years Customer Account Management
  • Knowledge of Budget Management, PnL Management
  • Knowledge of Small/Large Parcel Shipping Industry
  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B eCommerce Sales, Drop Shipping, eCommerce Wholesale/Distribution.
  • Experience with common Parcel Shipping Software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Daily Tasks Include:
  • Perform Account Management of current Fulfillment customers, work to increase sales, resolve account issues.
  • Identify and recommend additional products/SKUs to Purchasing Team for higher customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate Fulfillment Sales Program and work with Directors to adjust program for profitability and customer success.
  • Monitor Shipments, Fees, Shipping Supplies and Labor Costs.
  • Acquire additional Fulfillment Customers.
  • Work with Credit Department to handle setup of Fulfillment Customer needs and resolve payment issues.
Plus:
  • Experience Hardware, Lumber and Building Materials industry is a plus.
  • Experience with Ship Station, Highjump(Korber), WMS or similar software is a plus.
  • Experience in eCommerce Marketing, Content
  • Experience with reading reports in Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools
  • Experience in advanced Excel work
  • Experience in Fulfillment with major Marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc... with knowledge of policies and processes
