Job Purpose: Provide excellent OMNI channel fulfillment support to maximize regional sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Operations Report to the OMNI Customer Care and Fulfillment Manager and closely work with OMNI Operations & Fulfillment lead to support efficiently dispatching OMNI orders: - Process daily picking across OMNI channels - Package and fulfill orders Order packing, return processing and stock recovery - Maintain a clean and organized stock areas, ensuring stock is secure and properly stored Personal Development - Utilizes active listening skills to clearly understand information, needs and ideas - Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
