Job Title: Fulfillment Team Member - Seasonal Market Title: Fulfillment Team Member - Seasonal Location: Wittenberg WIStatus: Seasonal - Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available FLSA: Non-exempt/hourly JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for job functions relative to pick/pack/ship, assembly, inventory, and shipping functions. Through these functions maintaining accurate inventory records and timely systemic input into our operating systems. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
  • Participate and support the assembly build process.
  • Assist with material handling and replenishment of product.
  • Organizes and compiles necessary work routines to assist with the weekly cycle count process. Verifies clerical computations against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies.
  • Performs systemic transactions to account for all movement of products within the department from a locational perspective accounting for proper storage locations or inventory balances to account for usage and on hand records.
  • Maintain accurate record keeping relating to product lot codes/dates and their subsequent movements throughout the department and company.
  • Be flexible with schedule to accommodate volume including weekend availability.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Prior related experience and/or training.
