Company: Benecard Central FillRate: $17.96-$18.91Hours: 8:30am- 5:00pm M-FJOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Fulfillment Manager, the Fulfillment Technician is responsible for pulling and dispensing pharmaceutical medications using automated dispensing machines, counting machines and manual counts, restocking their work area, and assisting the inventory department with daily wholesaler order. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pulling and dispensing pharmaceutical medications.
- Dispensing medications utilizing automated dispensing machines, counting machines and manual counts.
- Restocking and cleaning their work area on a daily and weekly basis.
- Assist the inventory department with biannual inventory.
- Communicating daily with Fulfillment Team Leadership to set short and long term goals to meet performance guarantees.
- Support the Fulfillment Team in meeting daily quotas.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Assisting in the Shipping Department.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required.
- Previous pharmacy experience is a plus.
- Possess an acute attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Basic computer skills required.
