We are a local, family owned and operated, full-service Elevator Company specializing in installations, both commercial and residential, maintenance and service on existing equipment, as well as modernization and repairs. We are looking for someone who holds true to these qualities and is looking to grow within our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform all Accounts Receivable duties including AIA Apps & Waivers, PR Reports & VouchersMaintain collections within Company s terms; receive, verify, and properly post customer paymentsSupervise & be responsible for the Accounts Payable dutiesReview and complete vendor credit applications, manage credit terms with vendorsPerform vendor and customer account creation tasksGenerating reports including WIPS and aging and present to ManagementPrepare internal reports and conduct audits with various insurance entitiesPerform daily deposits, process credit card payments, and conduct monthly bank reconciliationsEnsure accuracy in processing Sales Tax for multiple StatesPayroll entry processing in GLPerform all duties in a timely manner as requiredOther related tasks as the Company deems necessary and/or assignsQualifications / Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of current high-level bookkeeping/accounting experience with heavy collections experienceKnowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including generally accepted Accounting PrinciplesAbility to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projectionsPC proficient with extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, Microsoft Office; Word, Excel & OutlookExcellent communication, judgment, organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong collection skills and telephone skills with knowledge of clerical practices and proceduresThoroughness, attention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to manage time, prioritize and multitask all aspects of workAbility to meet deadlines and work well under pressureCapacity to manage, motivate and lead others within the Accounting DepartmentMust maintain a high level of confidentiality & professionalismMust have a Clean/Valid Driver s License* Resume and work experience references must be submitted in order to be considered for this position* Benefits Package including Health Insurance Benefits, 401K, Paid Time off (Holiday, Vacation, Personal, Sick)* Compensation based on experienceFill out my Wufoo form! 2011 - All-Ways Elevator All Rights Reserved. #J-18808-Ljbffr
